Services and scope

All services are delivered according to a written proposal or statement of work agreed with the client. That document defines deliverables, timelines, reporting and fees, and takes precedence over general descriptions on this website.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only begins once approved in writing.

Fees and payment

Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance and payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Project fees are typically invoiced in milestones. Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform by the client unless agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with overdue invoices after written notice.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets, approvals and information necessary for delivery, and to ensure all materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable advertising and industry regulations.

Cancellation

Monthly agreements may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already delivered remain payable. Project engagements may be cancelled in writing, with charges applied for completed milestones and work in progress.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, frameworks and any pre-existing materials, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless asked not to.

Results and performance

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms and client responsiveness. We commit to professional delivery and transparent reporting, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, leads or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
