Everything prospective clients usually want to know before speaking with us — pricing, contracts, timelines, reporting and how we protect your data.

About the agency

Who is NOVYXO LIMITED?

We are a UK digital marketing agency registered in England and Wales (company number 17365402), working with businesses across the United Kingdom on SEO, paid media, social, branding, web design and lead generation.

Are you a registered UK company?

Yes. NOVYXO LIMITED is a registered UK limited company, number 17365402, with a registered office at 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE.

Do you work with businesses outside London?

Yes. Our team works with clients throughout the United Kingdom. Meetings are held remotely as standard, which keeps engagements efficient regardless of location.

What size of business do you usually work with?

Most of our clients are UK SMEs and growing multi-location businesses. We also support in-house teams on a consultancy basis where they need senior direction rather than delivery.

Services

Which services do you offer?

We cover SEO and local SEO, Google and social advertising, email marketing, social media management, content and video, website and landing page design, branding and graphic design, strategy, CRO, lead generation, analytics, e-commerce and Amazon marketing.

Can we start with just one service?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with a single channel, then expand once the reporting shows where additional investment will produce the strongest return.

Do you build websites as well as run campaigns?

Yes. Our design and development specialists build responsive, accessible, SEO-ready websites and landing pages, either standalone or as part of a wider marketing programme.

Can you take over an existing account or website?

Yes. We regularly inherit existing Google Ads, Meta and analytics accounts. We audit them first and document exactly what we plan to change and why.

Pricing

How much does digital marketing cost?

Our monthly retainers start from £750 for a single-channel programme, with multi-channel Growth packages from £1,950. Project work such as websites and branding is quoted as a fixed price after scoping.

Is advertising budget included in your fees?

No. Management fees and media spend are always separate. You pay platforms such as Google and Meta directly, which keeps spend fully transparent and under your control.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. Retainers run on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice. We prefer clients to stay because the work performs, not because of a lock-in clause.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Every engagement begins with a written scope confirming deliverables, timelines and costs. Anything outside that scope is quoted and approved before work starts.

Working together

How do we get started?

Book a free consultation. We will discuss your objectives, review your current activity and follow up with a written proposal outlining recommended scope and investment.

Who will manage our account?

You are given a named account contact supported by the relevant specialists across search, paid media, content and design.

How often will we hear from you?

You receive a monthly performance report and review call as standard, with ongoing email contact throughout the month. Larger accounts often move to fortnightly calls.

What do you need from us to begin?

Access to your website, analytics and advertising accounts, plus brand assets and a short discovery session. We provide a simple onboarding checklist covering everything required.

Results & reporting

How quickly will we see results?

Paid channels generate traffic immediately, with reliable optimisation data after two to four weeks. SEO and content are compounding channels and typically show meaningful movement across three to six months.

Can you guarantee first page rankings?

No reputable agency can guarantee rankings, and we will never claim otherwise. We commit to a defined scope of work, transparent reporting and continuous optimisation against agreed KPIs.

What reporting do we receive?

A monthly report covering activity completed, channel performance against KPIs, spend, and the priorities for the following month, together with a live dashboard on most packages.

Compliance

How do you handle data protection?

We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, use secure channels for credentials and documents, and only collect what is necessary to deliver our services.
